Terms of Payment:
All goods are paid before delivery if nothing else has been agreed upon.
At missing payment the case will be handed over to Prioritet Inkasso.
The additional fees that arise from this is outside of Swerox control.
Interest on overdue payment is currently debited with base rate +8%.

Packings are never split.

Minimum order: 70 EUR.

Delivery: The goods is sent through DHL. On orders of 12 000 SEK or more, the goods is sent without any fee of delivery within Sweden.

Damaged goods: Should the bought goods be damaged during the transport, a complaint is to be made within 7 days to the transport company, or to Swerox within 5 days after reciving the goods.

Complaints: If you would deem the bought goods faulty or in another way not agreeing with that which you were expecting, you are to contact Swerox no later than 5 days efter reciving the goods.

To order, click the "Order"-button. The article is then placed in your basket. You can at any time remove articles you have placed in your basket.

To check out, Click "Varukorg/basket" to check your basket.

To complete your order, click "Kassa/Cashier". Fill in the form and click "Skicka beställning/Send order" and your order should be making its way to us!
